Review by hotel critic
Review of Aux Annees FollesNestled in the charming ambiance of Quebec City, Aux Annees Folles blends historical elegance with modern comfort. The Art Deco decor, capturing the essence of the Roaring Twenties, sets the stage for a tranquil retreat. The value proposition here is evident; while the hotel offers a luxurious and aesthetically pleasing experience, the pricing remains reasonable. Jean, the owner, provides invaluable assistance with local tours and ticket options, ensuring you make the most of your stay. Amenities like Wi-Fi and ample free parking enhance convenience. I particularly appreciated the shared bathroom's cleanliness and the thoughtful inclusion of bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was delightful, featuring generously portioned Quebecois crepes. If you are looking to enjoy the vibrancy of Quebec City with the luxury of a well-appointed inn, Aux Annees Folles is a sound choice, merging comfort and value without compromising on experience. A perfect mix for those keen on an enriched travel experience!
